[origin: CA2886940A1] The invention relates to an injection head for a high-pressure injection of suspension into a ground, with a tubular base body, an upper attachment area, a lower attachment area, at least one radially directed injection nozzle, at least one injection line which extends from the upper attachment area to the at least one injection nozzle in order to supply an injection suspension, at least one air line which extends from the upper attachment area to the at least one injection nozzle in order to supply air, at least one flush fluid duct which extends to the lower attachment area in order to convey a flush fluid, and a valve means for opening and closing the flush fluid duct. A robust valve means is attained in that the flush fluid duct is line-connected to the air line via a connection area, that the valve means is arranged in the connection area between the flush fluid duct and the air line and in that the valve means is designed to block the flush fluid duct if air has flowed into the connection area.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Injektionskopf für eine Hochdruckinjektion von Suspension in einen Boden, mit einem rohrförmigen Grundkörper, einem oberen Anschlussbereich, einem unteren Anschlussbereich, mindestens einer radial gerichteten Injektionsdüse, mindestens einer Injektionsleitung, welche sich zum Zuführen einer Injektionssuspension von dem oberen Anschlussbereich zu der mindestens einen Injektionsdüse erstreckt, mindestens einer Luftleitung, welche sich zum Zuführen von Luft von dem oberen Anschlussbereich zu der mindestens einen Injektionsdüse erstreckt, mindestens einem Spülfluidkanal, welcher sich zum Leiten eines Spülfluides zu dem unteren Anschlussbereich erstreckt, und einer Ventileinrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen des Spülfluidkanales. Eine robuste Ventileinrichtung wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Spülfluidkanal mit der Luftleitung über einen Verbindungsbereich leitungsverbunden ist, dass die Ventileinrichtung in dem Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Spülfluidkanal und der Luftleitung angeordnet ist und dass die Ventileinrichtung ausgebildet ist, den Spülfluidkanal zu sperren, wenn Luft in den Verbindungsbereich eingeströmt ist.
