[origin: WO2014094797A1] The drawer (1) according to the invention comprises a matrix-like arrangement of containers (2) and serves for accommodating articles. A closure means (3), which can be displaced by way of a control means and has an opening (6), is provided for each column of the matrix-like arrangement. The closure means (3) can be displaced between a closed position and a number of release positions, wherein, in the closed position, all the containers (2) of the column are closed by the closure means (3) and, in a release position, the opening (6) is positioned at at least one container (2) of the column. One or more articles can be removed out of said container (2) or introduced into the same.
