[origin: WO2014096461A1] The invention relates to a device for removing and preparing a sample, comprising a sampling rod (11) that has a removal structure in the form of a sampling chamber (16) for receiving a specific sample amount, and a receiving tube (1) which receives said sampling rod (11) and which comprises a mixing chamber (19) filled with a liquid for preserving, dissolving and preparing the sample that is in said sampling chamber (16). Said sampling rod (11) is in the form of a hollow body that is open at both ends and comprises an ejecting piston (18) which can be displaced therein and guided in a sealing manner so as to eject said sample out of the sampling chamber (16) and into the mixing chamber (19).
