[origin: WO2014095595A1] A nozzle (20) able to be arranged in a diesel injection system (6) of the internal combustion engine of a vehicle comprises a fixed member (22) provided with a nozzle seat (44) at the centre of which there opens a discharge orifice (46), the fixed member (22) comprising a cylindrical tubular part (26) defining an inner guide cylinder (42) extending axially (A) from an open first end as far as the seat (44) that forms the closed end of the guide cylinder (42), and a shut-off member (24) arranged and guided in the guide cylinder (42), the shut-off member (24) being able to move between a closed state (EF) when the shut-off member (24) is in abutment against the seat (44) and an open state (EO) when the shut-off member (24) opens the discharge orifice (46). A regulating valve (10) that regulates the fuel pressure in the diesel injection system (6) of an internal combustion engine of a vehicle comprises a body (12) in which an actuator (14) is arranged, the body being provided with an axial (A) bore (18), with a housing (36), with a counterbore (34) and with a discharge duct (40). The valve (10) additionally comprises a shaft (16) arranged axially (A), sliding in the bore (18). The valve (10) is able to accept the nozzle (20), the tubular part (26) being arranged in the housing (36) and the base (30) fitting into the counterbore (34) so as to define an intermediary tubular space (38) between the tubular part (26) and the housing (36) into which the discharge duct (40) opens, the shut-off member (24) being arranged between the shaft (16) and the seat (44). A common rail (8) of a diesel injection system (6) of the internal combustion engine of a vehicle comprises, amongst other things, a counterbore (34) able to accept the nozzle (20), the base (30) fitting into the counterbore (34), the fixed member (22) being attached to the common rail (8).
