Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014106138A1] A method modifies a plan of care for a patient in a telehealth system. Queries for medical data that correspond to a plan of care are presented to a patient with a telehealth device and the responses to the queries entered by the patient are stored in a database of a memory connected to a controller. The controller identifies a behavior pattern for the patient with reference to the responses stored in the database and generates a score with reference to the identified behavior pattern. The controller generates suggested modifications for a plan of care for the patient in response to the score being less than a first predetermined threshold. In conjunction with clinical analysis from the telehealth providers, the modified plan of care is sent to the telehealth device for the presentation of queries for medical data consistent with the modified plan of care.
