The stapler device comprises a stapling slide block which can be driven to move forward in the conveying direction along the guide rail and move backward opposite to the conveying direction, so that the folding sheet assembly can be stapled by the use of a stapling unit arranged on the stapling slide block. According to the invention, an orientation stop block arranged on the stapling slide block can be controlled to move between an orientation position and a stop position; at the orientation position, the orientation stop block is spaced from the stapling unit with a preset distance, and can be taken to the limit portion at the rear part in the conveying direction when the stapling slide block moves forward; and at the stop position, the orientation stop block cannot be taken to the portion attached to the folding sheet assembly.
