The contact surfaces (14, 140) of the segments (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) are at least partly mechanically processed, in particular ground. In a precast segmental bridge (1, 1') of prefabricated concrete segments (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) put together in the supporting and/or longitudinal direction with contact surfaces (14, 140), the contact surface (14, 140) of the segment (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) is at least partly mechanically processed, in particular ground.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Segmentfertigteilbrücke aus vorgefertigten Segmenten (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) aus Beton und ein entsprechendes Segment (3, 4, 5, 50, 51), wobei die Segmente in Längsrichtung bzw. Tragrichtung an Kontaktflächen (14, 140) aneinander gereiht sind. Die Segmente (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) weisen eine Verzahnung (110) auf und sind mit einem Spannglied (6, 10, 60) stumpf aneinandergepresst. Sowohl die Kontaktfläche (14, 140) entsprechend der späteren Einbaulage als auch die Verzahnung (110) des Segmentes (3, 4, 5, 50, 51) sind zumindest teilweise mechanisch bearbeitet, insbesondere gefräst und/oder geschliffen. Durch die Bearbeitung der Kontaktflächen (14, 140) sowie der Verzahnung (110) wird eine sehr exakte Positionierung der einzelnen Segmente 50, 51 zueinander und eine schubfeste Verbindung miteinander bewirkt.
