Abstract (en)
[origin: GB2508622A] Apparatus for releasably securing a decorative accessory to a bag comprises a base element 202 for attachment to a bag such that the front of the base element is disposed on the outside of the bag and the rear of the base element is disposed inside the bag. An accessory element 203 is provided for releasable engagement with the front of- the base element 202. The accessory element 203 and base element 202 are releasably engageable by a securing mechanism that comprises an accessory element release actuator 208 at the rear of the base element 202. The accessory element release actuator 208 is manually operable to selectively disengage the accessory element 203 from an engaged condition with the base element 202. A method of releasably securing a decorative accessory to a bag is also disclosed.
