[origin: CN105000235A] The invention discloses a device and method for providing containers with adhesive labels. According to the invention, a label strap is divided into label sections via tranverse penetration holes and are passed to a container via a transmission roller and an applying cloth roller which are rotating synchronously, wherein the separation of labels are conducted by a controlled rotation of the container during the passing. In addition, a circular ring buffer which is present according to the invention is operated by exhaust air of an air blower, and the exhaust air generates a low pressure of the label strap for aspiring the transmission roller and the applying cloth roller.

Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Ausstatten von Behältern mit beleimten Etiketten. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Etikettenband mittels Querperforation in Etikettensegmente unterteilt und mittels synchron laufender Transferzylinder und Applikationszylinder an die Behälter übergeben, wobei die Vereinzelung der Etiketten bei der Übergabe durch gesteuerte Drehung der Behälter vorgenommen wird. Ferner wird ein in der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung vorhandener Schlaufenpuffer erfindungsgemäß mit Abluft eines Gebläses betrieben, mit dem ein Unterdruck zum Ansaugen des Etikettenbands an dem Transferzylinder und dem Applikationszylinder erzeugt wird.
