Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014114558A1] The invention relates to a method for using an industrial site and an associated system for the use of industrial sites. The invention further relates to the use of the system in order to perform the method. The aim of the invention is to specify a method for using an industrial site in which the available site area is used especially effectively in that the renovation times and renovation costs are reduced and greater freedom of choice regarding the possibilities for reusing existing buildings is achieved. Said aims are achieved in that the individual functions of a completely equipped building integrated into the infrastructure of an industrial site are divided in regard to the duration of usage of the technical facilities and increasing modularization of said functions with falling usage time is provided. The functions of the completely equipped building that are used permanently are accordingly permanently installed, while the facilities that are subject to shorter usage due to the purpose of the facilities are accordingly modular and exchangeable.
