[origin: CN105312498A] The invention relates to a method for producing a fusible model comprising a stack of layers. The fusible model comprises a cavity (16') passing through an opening towards the outside of the model, wherein the cavity is jointly defined by two cavity portions belonging to an lower layer (13) and an upper layer (14) of the stack respectively. The method comprises the following successive steps: inserting a gauge (18) in the cavity portion belonging to the lower layer (13) prior to assembly thereof, the gauge being dimensioned to fill the majority of the full cavity; applying glue to the lower surface of the upper layer (14) intended to be assembled to the lower layer; arranging the upper layer (14) on the lower layer (13) so as to complete the cavity portion of the lower layer (13) with the cavity portion belonging to the lower part (13) to form the cavity; and taking the gauge (18) out after effective bonding of the two successive layers (13,14).

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de réalisation d'un modèle perdu comportant un empilement de strates, tel que le modèle perdu comprend une cavité débouchante (16') par une ouverture vers l'extérieur du modèle et qui est définie conjointement par deux portions de cavité appartenant respectivement à deux strates successives (13,14), dites respectivement strate inférieure (13) et strate supérieure (14) dans l'empilement, le procédé comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : - on insère un calibre (18) dans la portion de cavité appartenant à la strate inférieure (13) avant assemblage de celle-ci, le calibre étant dimensionné pour combler la majorité de la cavité complète, - on encolle la face inférieure de la strate supérieure (14) destinée à être assemblée à la strate inférieure, - on dispose la strate supérieure (14) sur la strate inférieure (13) de façon à compléter la portion de cavité de la strate inférieure (13) avec la portion de cavité appartenant à ladite strate suivante (13) pour constituer la cavité, - on retire le calibre (18) après collage effectif des deux strates successives entre elles (13,14).
