The fusible model comprises a cavity (16') passing through an opening towards the outside of the model, wherein the cavity is jointly defined by two cavity portions belonging to an lower layer (13) and an upper layer (14) of the stack respectively. The method comprises the following successive steps: inserting a gauge (18) in the cavity portion belonging to the lower layer (13) prior to assembly thereof, the gauge being dimensioned to fill the majority of the full cavity; applying glue to the lower surface of the upper layer (14) intended to be assembled to the lower layer; arranging the upper layer (14) on the lower layer (13) so as to complete the cavity portion of the lower layer (13) with the cavity portion belonging to the lower part (13) to form the cavity; and taking the gauge (18) out after effective bonding of the two successive layers (13,14).
