[origin: WO2014118050A1] The invention relates to a lifting cylinder (17) with a deflecting roller device (21) for an industrial truck (1). The deflecting roller device (21) has a lifting chain deflecting roller (36), which comprises a roller axle (44) and a roller body (50) that can be rotated about the roller axle, a roller support (38), and at least one additional deflecting roller (35) arranged laterally next to the lifting chain deflecting roller (36). The roller axle (44) has a cylindrical bearing portion (48) which is received in the roller body (50) and securing ends (46) that axially protrude outwards from the bearing portion at both ends, said securing ends being fixed to the roller support (38). The additional deflecting roller (35) is arranged on an additional deflecting roller support (54) such that the physical rotational axis (60) of the additional deflecting roller is offset relative to the physical rotational axis (62) of the lifting chain deflecting roller (36), and the additional deflecting roller (35) overlaps with at least some portions of one of the securing ends (46) of the roller axle (44) of the lifting chain deflecting roller (36) in the radial direction.
