[origin: WO2014122640A1] An eyeliner stencil includes a transparent first layer which includes first top and bottom surfaces, a first outer outline, and a first inner outline which defines one or more openings in the first layer. And a second layer which includes a transparent section, one more opaque sections, second top and bottom surfaces and second inner and outer outlines. The second inner outline defines the one or more opaque sections and separates the transparent and opaque sections. The second bottom surface is at least partially adhered to the first top surface. In an assembled position, the opaque section is positioned on top of, and at least a partially overlaps, the opening.
