Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014122366A1] The device for securely attaching a shoe to a first ski comprises an attachment member for attaching the shoe to the first ski and a control circuit. The attachment member is configured to assist the disengagement of the shoe from the first ski on receipt of a disengagement signal. A control circuit is configured to: · determine an angular offset between a first direction of the first ski and a second direction of a second ski, •determine the forward progression of the first and second skis along the longitudinal axis of each of said skis, •calculating at least one parameter from the angular offset and the forward progressions of the first and second skis, comparing the parameter with a threshold parameter, and transmitting the disengagement signal on the basis of the comparison.
