Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2014125025A1] The invention relates to a flanging attachment designed to operate with an electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically operable handheld device. Said flanging attachment (1) for expanding cylindrical pipe ends (R) has a connecting interface (30) for the handheld device, clamping devices (7) for a cylindrical pipe end (R) and an expanding device (5, 6). Said expanding device (5, 6) is axially adjustable towards the pipe end (R) of a pipe end (R) fixed by the clamping device (7) in order to expand it to the desired extent. According to the invention, the clamping device (7) and the expanding device (5, 6) are coupled to one another by means of a coupling element (8) which can be axially displaced in a limited manner and which can be sequentially activated. The invention also relates to a set of flanging attachments for expanding the pipe ends having different diameters.
