[origin: WO2014136001A1] An apparatus (1) for mixing hot water and cold water for a sanitary water plant, and for carrying out an anti-legionella disinfection, comprising an inlet conduit of cold water (2), an inlet conduit of hot water (3), a delivery conduit (4) of mixed water connectable to a delivery line of mixed water of a of a sanitary water plant, and a mixing device (5) provided with a first inlet (6) connected to the inlet conduit of cold water, a second inlet (7) connected to the inlet conduit of hot water, an outlet of mixed water (8) and a mixing chamber (9); the apparatus further comprises a valve device (10), provided with a third inlet (11) connected to the outlet of mixed water (8), a fourth inlet (12) and a delivery outlet (13), connected to the delivery conduit (4), and comprises a bypass conduit (20) branching from the inlet conduit of hot water and connecting the inlet conduit of hot water to the fourth inlet (12) of the valve device (10). The valve device operates selectively between a first configuration, in which it connects the third inlet (11) to the delivery outlet (13) so as to send mixed water to the delivery line of the water plant and contemporaneously closes inflow of hot water to the fourth inlet, and a second configuration in which it connects the fourth inlet (12) to the delivery outlet (13) so as to send hot water from the bypass conduit directly to the delivery line of the water plant and contemporaneously closes the inflow of mixed water to the third inlet (11). The invention further relates to a group (50) for mixing hot water and cold water integrating, in a single body, the characteristics of the above-described apparatus.
