[origin: EP2778284A1] The unit has a threshold block and a sleeper shoe partially surrounding the threshold block. The threshold block is arranged with a head portion (4), a foot portion (6), a set of side panels (7), and a bottom portion, where the head portion is longer and wider than the foot portion such that a shoulder (10) is provided between the head portion and the foot portion. An upper edge of the sleeper shoe is arranged with a circumferential sealing lip (14) that is directed upwards and outwards and rests against the shoulder.
