The back electrode (5) is disposed on a back surface (22) of the photovoltaic substrate (2) and includes a collector layer (6) and a bus electrode (7). The collector layer (6) has at least one collector opening (60) having a main opening portion (61) and an expansive opening portion (62, 63). The expansive opening portion (62, 63) has an outer expansive edge (621, 631) which is at least partially arcuate. The expansive opening portion (62, 63) has a width (d1, d3) larger than a width (d2) of the main opening portion (61). The bus electrode (7) includes at least one bus electrode segment (70) corresponding in position to the collector opening (60). The at least one bus electrode segment (70) is exposed from the at least one collector opening (60), and has an end portion (711, 712) exposed from the expansive opening portion (62, 63).
