[origin: JP2016037398A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-workplace textile machine with which improved cleaning of the workplaces is achieved.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a textile machine (1) provided with a plurality of workplaces (2), the textile machine comprising a movable traveling unit along the workplaces (2), and further comprising air-sucking and air-discharging holes (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) on both the traveling unit and the workplaces (2) for cleaning the lint and dust of the textile machine (1). The textile machine also comprises an apparatus for detecting the contamination of the workplaces (2) with sensors and informing a control unit (28) of the detection results. The control unit (28) is adapted to control the supply of suction air or discharge air to the holes (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) as needed on the basis of the contamination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
