[origin: WO2014169964A1] The invention relates to a cleaning-agent-adding device as an accessory for a high-pressure cleaning device, comprising a fluid line, through which a carrier liquid can flow, a cleaning liquid supply line (22), which is connected to the fluid line in regard to flow and via which a cleaning liquid can be supplied from a cleaning liquid container (30) to the carrier liquid for addition, a container receptacle (62), into which the cleaning liquid container (30) can be partially inserted in an insertion direction (80), and a retaining apparatus (104) for retaining the cleaning liquid container (30) in the container receptacle (62). According to the invention, in order to provide such a cleaning-agent-adding device that has better manageability, the retaining apparatus (104) comprises a retaining part (106), which is movably supported on the container receptacle (62) and can be transferred from a retaining position, in which the cleaning liquid container (30) is retained in the container receptacle (62), to a release position, in which the cleaning liquid container (30) can be inserted into the container receptacle (62) and removed from the container receptacle, and vice versa.
