[origin: WO2014173756A1] The invention relates to a straightening machine having an interchangeable cassette system, comprising a plurality of interchangeable cassettes (1, 9, 10) which can be interchanged with each other, comprising at least two different types of interchangeable cassettes (1, 9, 10), wherein at least two of the interchangeable cassettes (1, 9, 10) which can be interchanged with each other differ by straightening rolls (5) of differing diameter and each type of the interchangeable cassettes (1, 9, 10) has at least one top row (3) and one bottom row (4) of straightening rolls (5) adjacent in the direction crosswise to the longitudinal axes (6) of the rolls, wherein the straightening rolls (5) of the top and bottom row (3, 4) are arranged offset to each other and at least one row (3, 4) of straightening rolls (5) is designed to be adjustable. The problem addressed by the invention is that of creating a solution which in straightening machines having individual adjustment of at least one straightening roll row provide a greater bandwidth of flat material products which can be processed therein and provide greater flexibility in respect of the straightening strategy which can be thereby executed. The problem is solved in that each type of interchangeable cassette (1, 9, 10) has one or a plurality of straightening roll adjustment(s) (7) carrying the straightening rolls (5) of the bottom and/or top row (3, 4), which is/are designed in every type of interchangeable cassette (1, 9, 10) having an equal straightening roll adjustment pitch which is independent from the straightening roll diameter, which each comprise individual adjustment pitch regions (8) arranged adjacent to each other in the direction crosswise to the longitudinal axes (6) of the rolls, movable relative to each other and designed to be equally long (Z) in every type of interchangeable cassette (1, 9, 10), independent of the straightening roll diameter, which each enable a separate adjustment of the straightening rolls (5) arranged individually or paired or in groups to or on a respective adjustment pitch region (8).
