[origin: WO2014174446A1] Apparatus for continuous casting comprising a support frame (26) and a plurality of plates (28a, 28b, 29a, 29b) coupled to each other to define a tubular element (27) provided with a casting cavity (30). Positioning members (50) are provided to connect the plates (28a, 28b, 29a, 29b) to the support frame (26). The positioning members (50) comprise attachment devices (52) suitable to connect at least a first plate (28a) to a wall of the support frame (26), and thrust devices (57) configured to compress the other plates (28b, 29a, 29b) with respect to each other, in correspondence with respective connection edges (35) and against the at least one first plate (28a).
