[origin: WO2014174173A1] A transmission for a wheeled vehicle with a walking driver, comprising at least one casing (2) housing a driving member (3), equipped with motor means (4) for driving in rotation, a rotary driven member (5), two coaxial wheel drive shafts (6A; 6B), two clutch mechanisms (8) each disposed between the driven member (5) and a wheel drive shaft (6A; 6B), each clutch mechanism (8) being activated by the driving in rotation of the driven member (5) in a forward gear, and capable of being deactivated by the driving in rotation in a forward gear of the wheel drive shaft (6A; 6B) with which it is engaged, when the speed of rotation of the wheel drive shaft (6A; 6B) is higher than the speed of rotation of the driven member (5). The motor means (4) for driving in rotation of the driving member (3) are motor means with two controlled directions of rotation, and each clutch mechanism (8) can be deactivated by simply driving the driven member (5) in reverse.
