[origin: WO2016030196A1] The invention relates to an unfilled liquid reservoir (10) for use as part of a dispenser for dispensing pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids, comprising - an outer housing (20) for placing on a dispensing head (80) of the dispenser and - a flexible bag (42) which is arranged within the outer housing (20) for receiving liquid before the dispensing process, said bag having an opening (48) for removing the liquid, wherein - an intermediate region (70) between the outer housing (20) and the bag (46) is connected to a surrounding area by a ventilation opening (24) which passes through a wall of the outer housing (20). The invention is characterized in that - the flexible bag (46) is provided in a stowed storage state in which the inner volume of the bag (46) is maximally 10% of the maximum inner volume of the bag within the outer housing.
