[origin: EP2991026A1] A vehicle-repair support system (1) is provided. In one embodiment, in order to ask questions about and diagnose a vehicle (9) to be repaired, a question page that a technician uses to ask said questions and a diagnosis page for diagnosing the vehicle (9) are provided by a server (2) to a communication terminal (4) over the Internet (5). On the basis of the results of said questions and diagnosis, information on similar cases, i.e. cases with symptoms similar to those of the vehicle (9) to be repaired, is searched for and sent to the communication terminal (4). The technician performs repairs while referring to the information on similar cases sent from the server (2) to the communication terminal (4), making it possible for the technician to repair the vehicle (9) appropriately with the burden on the technician reduced.
