[origin: WO2014177574A1] A first aspect of the invention relates to a device (10) for drying goods to be dried, in particular foods such as pasta, containing: a single drying zone (11), through which the goods to be dried can be conveyed in a product conveying direction (F) and through which a drying medium (12) can be conducted substantially in the product conveying direction (F); at least one outer heat exchanger (13), by means of which at least part of the thermal energy of the drying medium (12) coming out of the drying zone (11) can be transferred to a heating fluid (16); and at least one inner heat exchanger (14), which is arranged in the drying zone (11) and by means of which at least part of the thermal energy of the heating fluid (16) can be transferred to the drying medium (16). The invention further relates to a system for producing goods, in particular a pasta line (30) for producing pasta, and a method for drying goods to be dried.
