[origin: CA2960322A1] The invention relates to a system and to a method for repackaging different medications from the respective original blister packs thereof into filling blisters, in particular patient-specific weekly blisters comprising accommodating compartments arranged in a matrix configuration, having rows corresponding to a number of intake times during a day and columns corresponding to a number of days, for example days of the week. The system according to the invention comprises a conveying device for separating and feeding filled original blisters, a temporary store having random access for temporarily storing the original blisters packaged in blister carriers each associated with an original blister type, said blister carriers having standardized outer dimensions, and an ejecting device for ejecting a defined number of units of a selected medication from the original blister in question into the filling blister.
