[origin: WO2015155291A1] Device (100) for generating aerosols, which makes it possible for the user to choose an active substance that is to be discharged. The device (100) contains a plurality of cartridge nozzles (1) having a reservoir (40, 50, 60) for holding an active substance and a nozzle for discharging the active substance into the surrounding environment. Also contained in the device (100) is a fluid pressure source (102) for holding a pressurized fluid, wherein always one of the cartridge nozzles (1) can exchangeably be supplied with a fluid mass flow by the fluid pressure source (102). The cartridge nozzles (1) are adapted so that, while a cartridge nozzle (1) is being supplied, the fluid mass flow from the fluid pressure source (102) flows through the cartridge nozzle (1) and then escapes into the surrounding environment. An active substance can be added to the fluid flow through this cartridge nozzle (1). The cartridge nozzles (1) are positioned in a holder (101) on the device (100), wherein the holder (101) is mounted for rotation about an axis of the device (100). The cartridge nozzle (1) to be connected to the compressed air source (102) can be selected by rotating the holder (101).
