[origin: US2016090198A1] A refillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a container formed in a body. The bottle comprises a device for dispensing the packaged product mounted on the body in a sealed manner, and equipped with a valve for filling the container to allow a product source to be brought into communication with the container to fill the container. The valve comprises a conduit for communication between the source and the container, the conduit having a seat equipped with a flap valve movable relative to the seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of the conduit when the bottle is in an upside-down position. The flap valve has a device for resiliently stressing the seal in the closed position. The device can be uncoupled from the flap valve in order to release the subsequent movement of the flap valve between the closed and open positions thereof.

L'invention concerne un flacon remplissable de distribution d'un produit fluide comprenant un corps (1) dans lequel un réservoir (2) destiné au conditionnement dudit produit est formé, ledit flacon comprenant un dispositif de distribution dudit produit conditionné qui est monté de façon étanche sur ledit corps, ledit flacon étant équipé d'une soupape (4) de remplissage du réservoir (2) qui est agencée pour permettre la mise en communication d'une source (6) de produit avec ledit réservoir en vue de son remplissage, ladite soupape comprenant un conduit (7) de communication entre ladite source et ledit réservoir, ledit conduit présentant un siège (8) équipé d'un clapet (9) qui est mobile relativement audit siège entre une position de fermeture étanche et une position d'ouverture dudit conduit lorsque le flacon est dans une position retournée, le clapet (9) étant équipé d'un dispositif (35) de contrainte élastique de l'étanchéité en position de fermeture, ledit dispositif étant agencé pour pouvoir être désaccouplé du clapet (9) afin de libérer le déplacement ultérieur dudit clapet entre ses positions de fermeture et d'ouverture.
