Abstract (en)
[origin: EP3007152A1] The invention is directed to a method and system to determine the in-time of an airplane. A receiver receives transponder data from the aircraft. The transponder data is parsed in at least coordinate data of the aircraft and speed data of the aircraft. Further, the system verifies if the aircraft coordinates are close to parking coordinates available in a database and if the speed data of the aircraft is decreasing. The actual processing time is processed as the in-time of the aircraft if the aircraft coordinates are close to the parking coordinates and the speed is zero and the previous speed is higher than zero.
