[origin: WO2014198597A1] A pump (1) for delivering a liquid, having a pump housing (2) with at least one inlet (3) and at least one outlet (4), wherein, on the pump housing (2), there is arranged an eccentric (5) which, with an axis (6), is rotatable relative to the pump housing (2), and wherein a deformable element (7) is arranged between the pump housing (2) and the eccentric (5), wherein the deformable element (7) delimits at least one delivery path (8) from the at least one inlet (3) to the at least one outlet (4) and forms at least one displaceable seal (9) of the delivery path (8), which displaceable seal partitions off at least one closed pump volume (10) in the delivery path (8), wherein, by means of a movement of the eccentric (5), the at least one displaceable seal (9) can be displaced in a delivery direction (11) from the inlet (3) to the outlet (4) for the purpose of delivering the liquid along the delivery path (8), wherein the inlet (3) and the outlet (4) have an angular spacing (13) to one another in a circumferential direction (12) about the axis (6), and the seal (9) spans, in the circumferential direction (12), an angle segment (14) in which the delivery path (8) is closed, wherein the angle segment (14) is larger than the angular spacing (13).
