Association of Streptococcus salivarius DSM 23307 and cysteine as the active ingredient to reduce the surface tension of the nasal mucus and to restore the biological protective barrier function against pathogens for use in the treatment and prevention of naso-pharyngo-tubal infections. Described are also compositions that comprises it, and the kit which makes easier the administration of the composition in the subjects in the need thereof.
