Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015000573A1] The invention relates to an anti-disassembly device for a self-loading pistol (1), comprising: a disassembly shaft (15) which is arranged inside the grip section (2) and may be rotated, by means of an outer handle (15a), between a locking position for locking the barrel (9) and a disassembly position for disassembling said barrel (9); as well as an anti-disassembly element (17) which can be displaced between a blocking and a release position and which, when in its blocking position, engages with the disassembly shaft (15) with a first end, thus securing said shaft in its locking position, and which is positioned, when in its release position, with its first end out of engagement with said disassembly shaft (15), thus releasing said shaft to rotate in its disassembly position, the second end of said element being struck by a magazine (3) that is inserted into the self-loading pistol, and the element consequently being brought into its blocking position, or being able to be brought into its release position when said magazine (3) has been fully or partially removed. The invention is characterised in that the anti-disassembly element (17) is pivotally mounted about a rotational axis (17a) in order for it to assume its blocking or release positions. The invention also relates to a self-loading pistol comprising such an anti-disassembly device.
