[origin: US2016137363A1] A closure for a drinking bottle including a closure cap for fixing the closure to a drinking bottle, wherein the closure cap has a through hole and at least one ventilation opening, and a seal arranged in the closure cap, wherein either the seal or the closure cap has a web, by way of which the seal and the closure cap are at least section-wise in contact, wherein the seal is of such a configuration that upon the occurrence of an increased or reduced pressure in the bottle and/or by axial displacement of the seal in the closure cap at least that section of the seal that is between the web and the inside wall of the closure cap lifts off the inside wall of the closure cap and thus opens a gap for ventilation of the drinking bottle by way of the at least one ventilation opening.

Verschluss (1) für eine Trinkflasche (10), umfassend eine Verschlusskappe (4) zur Befestigung des Verschlusses (1) an einer Trinkflasche (10), wobei die Verschlusskappe (4) ein Durchgangsloch (3) und wenigstens eine Ventilationsöffnung (13) aufweist, eine Dichtung (12), die in der Verschlusskappe (4) angeordnet ist, wobei entweder die Dichtung (12) oder die Verschlusskappe (4) einen Steg (5) aufweist, über welchen sich Dichtung (12) und Verschlusskappe (4) zumindest abschnittsweise berühren, wobei die Dichtung (12) so ausgebildet ist, dass bei Erreichen eines Über- oder Unterdruckes in der Flasche (10) und / oder durch axiales Verschieben der Dichtung (12) in der Verschlusskappe (4) zumindest jener Abschnitt der Dichtung (12), welcher zwischen dem Steg (5) und der Innenwandung der Verschlusskappe (4) liegt, von der Innenwandung der Verschlusskappe (4) abhebt und damit einen Spalt zur Ventilation der Trinkflasche (10) über die wenigstens eine Ventilationsöffnung (13) freigibt.
