[origin: WO2015007257A1] The invention relates to a tilt-adjustable table top device (100), which is integrated in a desktop (110) and has a table top panel (130), which table top panel is provided with a table top surface (120) and is connected to the desktop (110) by means of a pivot hinge (131), one or more pivotable toothed racks (140) being arranged at least indirectly on the underside (132) of the table top panel (130), said toothed racks each being guided through a cut-out (151) made in a locking plate (150), which is arranged in a stationary manner in relation to the desktop (110), and it being possible to bring the teeth (141) of said toothed racks into detachable engagement with an edge of the cut-out (151). According to the invention, a tooth (141) that is engaged with the edge of the cut-out (151) is prevented from sliding off in an undesirable manner in the event of an inadvertent impact against the desktop (110) in that a securing device is provided in the vicinity of a cut-out (151) in the locking plate (150).
