According to the invention, a tooth (141) that is engaged with the edge of the cut-out (151) is prevented from sliding off in an undesirable manner in the event of an inadvertent impact against the desktop (110) in that a securing device is provided in the vicinity of a cut-out (151) in the locking plate (150).
