Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012140005A1] The present application relates to a spacer (1) for spacing apart glass panes (5) in a multi-glazed window. The spacer (1) comprises a silicone-free outer shell (7) which at least partially encloses an internal structure (8) of greater porosity than the outer shell. The outer shell (7) and the internal structure (8) of greater porosity are present as a composite as a result of extrusion. The application also relates to a process for producing a spacer (1) according to the invention and to a multi-glazed window having said spacer.
