[origin: WO2016083225A1] The invention relates to a solid-fuel burner (10) with a fuel supply (12), a burner muffle and at least one combustion air supply (30). It is provided that the burner muffle (20) is split into a main-load muffle (22) and a part-load muffle (21), wherein the main-load muffle and the part-load muffle have a rotationally symmetric basic shape and the axes of rotation (25) coincide. The main-load muffle directly adjoins the part-load muffle. The invention also relates to a method for operating a solid-fuel burner (10), in which the combustion air supply (30) is regulated such that the flame, up to approximately 30% of the maximum power of the solid-fuel burner (10), is located essentially in the part-load muffle.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen feststoffgefeuerten Brenner (10) mit einer Brennstoffzuführung (12), einer Brennermuffel (20) sowie mindestens einer Verbrennungsluftzuführung (30). Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Brennermuffel in eine Hauptlastmuffel (22) und eine Teillastmuffel (21) unterteilt ist, wobei die Hauptlastmuffel und die Teillastmuffel eine rotationssymmetrische Grundform aufweisen und die Rotationsachsen (25) zusammenfallen. Die Hauptlastmuffel schließt sich unmittelbar an die Teillastmuffel an. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines feststoffgefeuerten Brenners (10), bei dem die Verbrennungsluftzuführung (30) derart geregelt ist, dass die Flamme bis ca. 30% der Maximalleistung des feststoffgefeuerten Brenners (10) sich im Wesentlichen in der Teillastmuffel (21) befindet.
