[origin: WO2015015108A1] A dispensing and application head (T1) intended to be combined with a dispensing unit, the head comprising: - a connecting stub (1) made from a first substantially rigid material, - a mounting core (2) made from the same material as the connecting stub (1), - a flexible link section (S) that links the connecting stub (1) to the mounting core (2), - an application pad (5) made from a heat-transfer material for giving a cold sensation on contact with the skin, the application pad (5) being mounted on the mounting core (2), - a dispensing channel (6) that passes through the stub (1), the link section (S), the core (2) and the pad (5) where it forms a dispensing orifice (53), characterised in that the link section (S) comprises: - a flexible bridge (3) made from the same material as the stub (1) and the core (2), the bridge (3) linking the stub (1) to the core (2), and - a sheath (4) made from a second elastically deformable material that is more flexible than the first substantially rigid material, the sheath (4) at least partially enclosing the bridge (3) and linking the stub (1) to the core (2). 1
