[origin: WO2015014948A2] The invention relates to a machine tool for machining a workpiece. The machine tool has a motor spindle for driving a tool in rotation. The motor spindle is supported by a stand. A rotary bearing is provided on the stand and the motor spindle can be swivelled and positioned about a first axis of rotation on the rotary bearing. A linear guide which allows an advancing movement of the tool parallel to the spindle axis is provided on the motor spindle.
