[origin: WO2015018986A1] The present invention concerns a case forming a container, comprising: at least first and second flaps, each forming at least one compartment provided with at least one planar face; at least a third flap in a central position and linked on two of the opposing sides of same to the first and second flaps; the first and second flaps being hinged to the third flap between two end positions: a closed position in which the first and second flaps are such that the planar faces of same are facing and close to each other, and an open position in which the first and second flaps are such that the planar faces of same form a dihedron of which the angle is between 1° and 180°; at least one closing means capable of temporarily holding the first and second flaps in the closed position, at least one stop means capable of resting on the ground by means of a distal end and capable of preventing the part of each of the first and second flaps opposite said planar face from coming into any contact with the ground, at least one return means for returning the first and second flaps to the closed position of same, characterised in that said at least one return means comprises at least one elastic means linking said third flap to said compartment of the first flap and to the at least one elastic means linking said third flap to said compartment of the second flap.
