[origin: WO2015018689A1] The present invention relates to a fresh air system (1) for an internal combustion engine, with an inlet section (2) for fixed connection to a periphery (5) of the internal combustion engine, with an air filter (3) which has a filtering element, a filter housing (7) for fixed connection to the periphery (5) of the internal combustion engine, and a housing cover (8) for closing the filter housing (7), which housing cover is removable from the filter housing (7) for changing the filtering element, and with a connecting section (4) for fluidic connection of the inlet section (2) to the air filter (3), which connecting section is movably connected on the entry side to the inlet section (2) and is releasably connected on the exit side to the housing cover (8). A simplified changing of the filtering element is produced if, in order to change the filtering element, the connecting section (4), with the inlet section (2) connected thereto, is releasable from the housing cover (8) and is adjustable relative to the filter housing (7) to such an extent that the housing cover (8) is removable from the filter housing (7).
