Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2386395A2] The device has a molding box (22) filled with a mass of concrete (39) that is pressed against inner walls of the molding box. The molding box is formed in a semi-opened shape, which forms an upward opened filling area (52) through which the concrete flows. A press element (54) acts on the filling area for locking the filling area. The walls of the molding box are adjustably designed as pressure plates (37). A carrying mold (40) made of metal is inserted in the molding box that forms an inner wall of a half-open pre-cast concrete manufactured part. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing semi-opened concrete parts.
