[origin: JP2016114597A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a component that can made a fine pattern.SOLUTION: A component 1 provided with a decoration 3 may be, for example, a watch hand. To make the component 1, a base substrate 5 is used and a micromachining operation is performed on or in the base substrate 5 to obtain an upper part 2 of the component, which is provided with the decoration. The decoration 3 is produced through the thickness of the upper part 2 and in a programmed pattern. Thereafter, the upper part 2 is placed on a luminescent or colored substance 4 to obtain the component 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
Abstract (fr)
Le procédé permet de réaliser un composant (1) décoré d'une pièce d'horlogerie ou de bijouterie. Ce composant muni du décor (3) peut être par exemple une aiguille de montre. Pour réaliser ledit composant, il est utilisé un substrat de base et un micro-usinage est effectué sur ou dans le substrat de base pour obtenir une partie supérieure (2) du composant, qui est munie du décor. Le décor est réalisé traversant l'épaisseur de la partie supérieure et selon un motif programmé. Par la suite, la partie supérieure est placée sur une substance luminescente ou colorée (4) pour obtenir le composant.
