[origin: WO2015024724A1] The invention proceeds from a holder for round objects for everyday use, such as bottles, plates, bowls, dishes and the like, which comprises a set-down plate (40) and two approximately semicircularly curved retaining plates (10, 20), wherein the retaining plates (10, 20) can be moved out of an open, introduction position into a closed, retaining position and enclose the objects set down on the set-down plate (40). The specific configuration of the set-down plate and the novel configuration of the rotary mounting of the retaining plates create a closed unit in the retaining position, in which the set-down objects are fixed, and secured, on the set-down plate, this allowing the unit to be transported and set up again at some other location.
