[origin: WO2015026206A1] An electrostatic spray device of the present invention includes: a container that is filled with a functional liquid; a porous electrode that is disposed in the container and through which the functional liquid is moved up by the capillary phenomenon; a ground ring that generates a potential different from the porous electrode; and a high voltage applying terminal that applies high voltage generated by a high voltage generator to the functional liquid, in which the high voltage applying terminal has a pointed end at the lower portion. Accordingly, charge separation by an electric force is easy and a functional liquid with low electric conductivity can be efficiently sprayed.
