The tool also comprises at least one operating rod, and the operating rod is pivotally supported in the insulating material housing through a pivotal bearing and is configured to be used for opening a clamping part formed by the clamping spring and the convergence part. The pivotal bearing is formed by a bent rail-shaped long hole in the insulating material and a long bolt in the long hole of the operating rod. The length of the long bolt is greater than the width of the long bolt, and is greater than the width corresponding to the long hole at any pivotal position of the operating rod.
