Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015032372A1] The invention relates to a tapping device (1) for at least one bag-in-carton package (2) equipped with a tapping valve (5). The tapping device (1) has a housing (11) for receiving the bag-in-carton package (2) and an actuating unit (10) which corresponds with the tapping valve (5) and which has a valve-receiving bearing (13) and at least one actuating means (14) for actuating the tapping valve (5). The actuating means (14) is articulated on the valve-receiving bearing (13) by means of a pivot pin (15), has an upwardly directed lever arm (17) and is arranged completely within the housing (11). Upstream of a contact region (21) which is situated above the pivot pin (15) on the lever arm (17) there is arranged an actuating element (22) which engages through the housing (11) and acts on the lever arm (17) in the contact region (21) in order to actuate the tapping valve (5) by way of the actuating means (14) and can be actuated manually from outside the housing (11). The invention further relates to the actuating unit (10) and to a cassette (36) for the tapping device (1).
