[origin: WO2015033270A1] The present invention relates to a window or door (1 ) comprising a fixed frame (2) associated to an opening (A) obtained in a wall, said frame (2) comprising at least an upper cross member (2A), substantially horizontal, and a pair of uprights (2B, 2C), parallel and vertical, sealing means (5) comprising first gaskets (5A) associated to said upper cross member (2A) and to said upright (2B, 2C), and at least a wing (3) associated to sliding and tilting means (7) comprising at least a pair of carriages (70) provided with sliding wheels (71 ) on a sliding guide (25) and tilting thereon in order to move said wing between a closed position, wherein said wing lies on a first plane abutted against said first gaskets (5A) and an open position, wherein said wing lies on a second plane, parallel to said first plane, and it is disconnected from said first gaskets (5A). In particular said sliding and tilting means (7) and said sliding guide (25) are housed in correspondence of said upper cross member (2A), said pair of carriages (70) each comprises a fork (72) rotatably supporting said wheel (71 ) about a first pin (73) arranged substantially transverse with respect to the extension of said guide (25), said tilting fork (72) being rotatably articulated to a support element (74) associated to said wing (3) around a second pin (75) extending along a parallel direction with respect to that of the extension of the guide (25).
