[origin: WO2015031931A1] The invention relates to a vibration device (1) for positioning in a shoe, said device comprising a housing (3) which contains at least one vibration element (5) for transmitting vibrations to the shoe. One end (5') of the vibration element (5) is fixed in the housing (3) and the other end (5'') can be moved substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal plane of the vibration element (5). The device is characterised in that the housing (3) has a tensioning element (13) that acts on the vibration element (5), said tensioning element being displaceable perpendicularly to the longitudinal plane of the vibration element (5) in order to adjust a tensioning force between the tensioning element (13) and the vibration element (5). The invention also relates to a shoe comprising a vibration device (1) of this type.
